ROCKSPRINGS MAN ARRESTED FOR TERRORISTIC THREATS

On April 11, 2016, Justin Rodriguez, (22) was incarcerated in the Edwards County Jail for a Terroristic Threats charge stemming from a Deadly Conduct shooting that happened on March 29, 2016. Rodriguez threatened a person with harm as he was walking down the street.

The victim was a passenger in a vehicle when the driver, Jesus Javier Ornales (34) began firing a handgun at a vehicle that was following him on Broadway Street in Rocksprings Texas. Other than being in the vehicle, the passenger was not involved in the incident.

Rodriguez remains in The Edwards County Detention Center.
