ROCKSPRINGS WOMAN TURNS HERSELF IN On 10/10/2018 Jessica Espinosa (30) from Rocksprings turned herself in to The Edwards County Sheriff’s Office for outstanding warrants from Kerr County. Espinosa had a warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance 4-200 grams, a second degree felony and possession of Marijuana Less than two grams, a Class B Misdemeanor. Espinosa is free after posting a $11,000 bond.
