06/13/2022 Edwards County Sheriff's Deputy Attempted A Traffic Stop Which Resulted In A Pursuit
On 06/13/22 at around 9 P.M., an Edwards County Sheriff's Deputy attempted a traffic stop on HWY 377 north of Rocksprings. The driver refused to stop which led to a short pursuit. The vehicle bailed out about 5 miles north of town where the driver and around 9 IA's fled from the vehicle. Two IA's were immediately apprehended and turned over to U.S. Border Patrol for processing. At this time the driver and the other 7 IA's have not been located.
